Anna Varshavsky

Anna is known in the marketing and advertising world as a strategic brand builder, and the mastermind behind provocative and award winning campaigns. 

She worked at top advertising and PR agencies in the UK, Canada, and USA, launching million dollar brands and breathing life into hallmark products. 

Ten years ago she formed ACOMPANY Creative Lab, a full-service advertising, design, and marketing agency. Her team is on the speed dial of ingenious start-ups, renowned marketing agencies, and industry giants when they need a creative solution to an impossible problem or a unique big idea. The work not only drives results, it wins awards.

Anna’s career covers a gamut of the design industry. She worked with the Smithsonian Institute on Man’s Past Visions of the Future, which is still being exhibited to this day as a traveling exhibition. She moved on to create games, education, interactive, and print materials at Scholastic, and later at Time Life, Sesame Place, and National Geographic. She worked at the NFL helping prep for SuperBowl and ProBowl. At CDM, Anna discovered that she is a biology nerd working on Novartis resp/derm business. She launched such brands as Janumet/Januvia, Gilenya, and Chantix/Champix. At FCB, Anna was tapped by the Interactive team to apprentice under the head of UX, getting on the ground floor of app, web, and video design and development, which enabled her to transition seamlessly into copywriting and strategic planning.

Sean M. Smith

Design, Illustration, Interiors

Sean has built a career working on high-profile brands such as Rémy Martin, Gucci, Ford, Kiehl’s, Victoria’s Secret, Sephora, GE, Pfizer, Nike and ESPN. He’s designed everything from restaurant decor to clothing lines.

As the Creative Director at Virgin and Capitol Records, he promoted the brands of musical icons like Lenny Kravitz, the Rolling Stones, Christina Aguilera, and Jared Leto. Sean developed creative campaigns, merch, packaging, styling, and environmental design for these artists.

Sean wanted to expand into tech and formed theConspiracy, specializing in interactive solutions, such as Applum, an enhanced music album app experience. His team created RadicalFlow, a real-time collaborative canvas for designing, developing, and managing IOS projects. 

He joined ACOMPANY Creative Lab as a co-partner and hands-on Creative Lead in 2020. 

Sean has co-authored WebArt. He is also a frequent design lecturer at Apple, Art Director’s Club, and AIGA. He is currently curating an experiential, interactive music package design exhibit. Sean was inducted into the Rock n’Roll Hall of Fame for his contributions to the music design industry.
